the curry at first need to be a bit of runny...
in other hand it watery...
still that thickness still need to be there...

go ntuc buy those japanese curry mix...
buy some kraft cheese...
maybe a 5kg of rice...
some chilli and curry powder...
and some seasoning...
if u dun want to cook den dun look down..
den leave the cooking part lol

just make sure when u add your potato and carrot in to the pot...
the water is able to cover them...
boil them till when?
BOILED THEM TILL SOFT!!!
that about 30-40 mins..
after that use a chopstick...
and poke them softly..
if they break..
mean they prepared...
and dun forgot to add the chicken.
just add to the water with the potato and carrot
cook them for some time ...
just to make sure the chicken about half to 3/4 cooked..
now..
if u buy those japanese curry mix from the ntuc..
den u know u need to break them into smaller part.

i using the "Golden Curry" one
becos i just take the mix out..
break it into smaller part...
but if u cooking for yourself only..
den dun add too much mix
den add them to the pot..
if the curry too thick..
add some hot water to it...
if too watery ...
den dun add..
till it not too thick..
if all turn out good..
the chicken should be good too
ok...
u can take the rice out and cook them..
with curry!!
now...
the rice place them nicely on a plate..
add a piece of cheese if u want...
den pour some curry on it..
better if u put in the potato, carrot and chicken too..
i know some stall tend to cook the potato
carrot and chicken separately..
but the taste in the end is all different...
now..
put the rice into the oven ..
about 100c to 150 c..
and it will be 2 to 3 min...
dun want the curry be baked till it dry..
if microwave.
den it be low or defrost...
and also it 2-3min..
den take it out after that..
it will turn out good...
every thing will turn out good and nice...
if not ..
learn from your mistake..
that why i know more on my cooking...
